What’s next?
There will be a preliminary hearing regarding the case on May 10th at 9 am. Further details are to follow. As always, basketball remains secondary in these serious matters. However, Shannon Jr just finished off a historic season for Illinois Basketball. He averaged 23.0 points per game on a team that made it all the way to the Elite Eight. The Illinois Basketball star will very likely be a first-round pick in the 2024 NBA draft. This is officially scheduled for June 26th, 2024.
